This incident has been resolved, CWAI services are 100% functional.
Microsoft has reported their outage has been resolved. We will continue to monitor for a few hours then close this incident. CWAI services continue to be 100% functional.
CurrentWave has implemented a temporary workaround to move workloads away from the affected Microsoft issues. All CurrentWave services are up and running.
Microsoft Azure is having an outage with a subset of their AI model. This is causing questions to not be answered for some customers. We have identified the problem and are actively working on a fix. We'll keep you updated here.
This incident has been resolved. Microsoft has declared their network outage to be fully resolved. CWAI services are up and running normally.

Microsoft Azure is experiencing a major outage that is affecting some CurrentWave customers. The issue is connected with accessing files such as images and scripts. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is actively working to mitigate the problem. Most CWAI customers are not affected. This incident has been resolved. Microsoft has reported that all issues in their datacenters are resolved. CWAI remains fully operational.
CurrentWave AI has successfully migrated our workloads away from the affected Microsoft Azure services that are experiencing the outage. All CWAI services are up and running. We'll provide updates here.
CurrentWave AI is experiencing elevated errors when users are asking questions in our chat. Errors are intermittent. The errors are due to a widespread outage at Microsoft Azure. Microsoft is aware of the outage and is working on a fix. CurrentWave AI is also working to move workloads off of affected Azure data centers as a short-term fix. We'll continue to provide updates here.

This incident has been resolved. Microsoft confirms the problem with Azure AI resources is fixed. All CurrentWave AI services are running normally.
We are starting to see Azure AI services come back online, which is great news. At the moment all CurrentWave AI services are up and running and have returned to normal. However, we have NOT been given the "all clear" from Microsoft, and they have not yet provided a root cause for the outage. Until we receive that update, we will keep this incident with a status of "Monitoring".
Microsoft has confirmed that the AI outage that CurrentWave AI is experiencing is affecting multiple Microsoft customers. CWAI can usually mitigate an outage by failing over to a different Azure region that hosts the necessary AI resources, but unfortunately this a Microsoft-wide issue that is affecting all Azure regions. The Microsoft engineering team is actively working on the problem but does not yet have an ETA for a fix. We will continue to provide updates as we get them.
We are in contact with Microsoft Support and they are continuing to look for the root cause of this issue. We do not yet have an ETA for resolution. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
