    This incident has been resolved at the vendor. All systems are operating normally.

    All CWAI systems are functioning normally. Our vendor is still experiencing an outage in a single region, but CWAI has successfully routed all traffic away from the problem region and all systems are up and running.

    We are aware of an incident with one of our vendors that is causing intermittent slow answers to some AI questions. We have isolated the problem to a specific vendor region and have now moved our system workloads to a different, unaffected region. After redirecting traffic to the healthy region all CurrentWave AI systems are now running normally.

    We will continue to monitor the situation with the vendor and will provide updates here when the issue is fully mitigated.
